Overall, this is a nive Transformer with a great looking alternate mode.
The robot mode is decent looking, though I do not like the hands. Two gun barrels retract (one only halfway) to give the look of four fingers and a thumb, but still look more like he has gattling guns for hands. The underside of the wings, which are hinged, began to flop down as well, so I glued mine in place as I saw no reason for the hinge anyway.
The guns on the tip of the wings detach, but the instructions show no reason for this. I found, however, if you remove the screws (they are glued together anyway), the hole left behind is the correct size to the pages on either side of the cockpit. They can be attached there and are the perfect size and shape to be shoulder cannons.
