Pros: This product has a great price and looks very cool. The color looks black in the picture but is actually a very cool color of dark purple (title description says Techno Navy) that in person looks black from a distance and would be fine for a boy or a girl. The bike is super easy to put together, only 2 bolts to tighten, and has pictured directions. The size of the bike is small and would be great for little guys/girls. The small size may allow a younger child to learn to balance and glide depending on seat height. Also, it doesn't have any unneeded parts that a young child will not use, e.g., break handle, kickstand, foot rest.

Cons: The tires are a hard plastic and to me are not as safe or durable as rubber tires.

I bought the Traxx E-Z Rider 10 bike to replace my 2.5 yr son's Mini Glider, he has been using it since he was two, which got ran over in a driveway. Initially, we bought this bike because of the cool looking color and simple style. I gave the bike three stars because of not having rubber tires. Tires are a big deal because my son rides every evening and races around our culdesac with other kids and I don't see these tires lasting long. Also the bike is much smaller than the Mini Glider and I foresee my son riding outgrowing this bike due to its small size where a larger bike may last until he is ready for pedals. I did not find the lack of a hand brake to make any difference because my 2.5 year old did not use it on his Mini Glider, he used his feet to stop, nor did he use the foot rest or kick stand.
