This is a very nice item and the price was right. We had to put it together which took all of about 5 minutes and was very easy. Ours has a small blemish in the paint on the upper step. Almost looks like it was chipped at the factory but they touched it up with yellow paint rather than the green that it called for. I didn't want to send it back for another one as the blemish doesn't bother me that much but I'm sure they would have dealt with me if I wanted to. Amazon is always awesome when it comes to Customer Service!
