I recieved the product rather quickly in the mail, however the product was never played with because the packing job of the product allowed the wood pieces to slide around and hit each other during shipping causing pieces to break. Also when we tried and assemble the product there was a case of the old saying that you cannot put a square into a round hole, well the oven door had square pieces sticking out to go into round holes so the oven door could open, needless to say they would not go together. When I notified the company of the problem I received a return shipping label which I had to pay for the return shipping (I did not know that at the time. I took the package to the post office and told the lady behind the counter that this is prepaid and should be good to go because it looked just like all the other RMA's that I have ever sent back to Amazon before, the Post office lady informed me that it was not paid for so I had to pay $15.99 in order to ship it off to later find out that the company sent me the wrong label and after I asked about it they sent me a free UPS label but it was a little too late. As of 9 Jan 2012 I have still have not received a refund for the product or the shipping that I told them I had to pay.
