Brand new, but factory QC reject. Slight delamination in a few edge areas. To a discerning eye, sure, it's not 'perfect', but to a 9 year old who saved up his money to have dad buy it for him, it's the best thing ever. The only thing I didn't like was the 51mm wheels. Being an old school skater from Santa Cruz myself, I'd prefer slightly bigger wheels. Found some 65mm's at a local skate shop, so I'll have to upgrade. But even buying $30 wheels, this will still be less expensive than a brand new factory 'perfect' deck.
