While it took a little longer to get here due to the size of the mailboxes in my building delaying it for a day or two, this figure MORE than made the wait worth it. Supremely articulate and very well detailed, Emperor Kiva looks like he's ready to fight straight from the box, and that's more than likely by design. (Given the box was a bit beat up at one of the corners, maybe he was trying to get out ahead of time? ^.~)

S.H. Figuarts certainly knows how to sculpt a figure! While the cape being a permanent fixture (and having two extensions besides) is a bit of a drawback, the figure is still poseable and easy to play around with. The detail on even the accessories (largely extra sets of hands, though the Zanvat sword is also present, and the figure can hold the thing in its hands neatly, a very nice touch in my opinion) makes the figure something I would recommend to others. Get this figure when and if you can. I plan to get other Rider figures in the future, just to have something to pose in a fight scene with, if nothing else!
