This Wimshurst Machine is great fun! Works right out of the box, even though the base was damaged. The machine is slightly smaller than I expected. The base is a very cheaply made piece of MDF with cheap veneer. I might try to replace the wood. Otherwise great when compared to the much more expensive options.
